We are very grateful and humbled by the many messages of support and appreciation from our supporters in the UK and overseas, partner organisations, former staff members, development workers and ICS alumni during this sad time for Progressio, and all of Progressio’s current and former staff, volunteers and the people we work alongside.
We wanted to take the opportunity to thank our longstanding partnerships with our partners, such as DFID, who have supported our overseas work for many decades and have allowed us to change and impact so many people’s lives in the global south, and bring their voices to audiences in the UK and elsewhere. We would also like to thank VSO, BLF and all our major funders, donors and partner organisations, your support and our partnerships have enabled us to reach out to more people living in some of the world’s most fragile communities.
We are continuing to deliver our people powered development work and ICS programmes work until March 2017, alongside our policy and campaigns work until early next year.
